Every Heimat product exists in two varieties. Both grow on the same Swiss fields – their character parts ways only later: in the curing method and in the duration of fermentation. It is not the recipe that decides, but time.
The aroma is not made in a laboratory. It emerges over weeks of fermentation in Payerne – shaped by the soil, by the summer, by patience. MYO stands for « Make Your Own » – tobacco for filling filter tubes. The 250g tin is the grand reserve of the manufactory: a hand-picked traditional blend for those who do not sample Heimat, but live it. Every tin comes from a documented batch – traceable back to the field.
