Refund policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Only unopened items in their original packaging can be returned. To exercise your right of cancellation, you need to inform us (Heimat Manufaktur AG, Morgentalstrasse 4b, 9323 Steinach, Switzerland) with a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to cancel the contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it’s enough if you send your notice about exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

If you cancel the contract successfully, all payments we’ve received from you will be refunded right away. We can refuse the refund until we’ve received the goods back or until you’ve provided proof that you’ve sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. For the refund, we’ll use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Please send the goods back immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you told us about the cancellation of this contract to:
