Swiss hemp and mint, a dash of lemon, plenty of water, and a little sugar – the new refreshment is ready. Heimat is launching its first refreshing drink, the Fresh Cannabis Ice Tea. Brewed in Eastern Switzerland, it uses the finest hemp and herbs. We deliberately avoid black tea and flavorings.
The iced tea subtly exudes the natural, earthy scent characteristic of the hemp plant. On the palate, it unfolds a harmonious spectrum of aromatic herbs and fresh citrus flavors. This iced tea is a refreshing and soothing drink for any time of day.
Sustainable and regional
It all began in the kitchen: Björn Koch, amateur chef and Marketing Manager at Koch & Gsell, mixed, tasted, and tinkered with the Head of Research & Development, Miranda Liniger. The goal was to create a genuine iced tea made from freshly brewed hemp, free of artificial flavors. 18 months later, the hemp iced tea is ready – after numerous tastings, the joy of experimenting, and the frustration of experimenting.

However, right from the start of development, it was clear that we would rely exclusively on natural Swiss ingredients for this home-grown creation. Our goal was to bottle valuable ingredients, primarily hemp, herbs, and water. The result is a vegan, refreshing product with little sugar. Instead, the focus is on natural flavor and sustainability. We have always strived for the smallest possible ecological footprint. By cultivating the hemp in Swiss fields, processing the raw materials in our home-grown factory on Lake Constance, and bottling it at a nearby regional supplier, we make this iced tea a local, fair, and environmentally friendly natural product.
Refreshing, but not intoxicating
The iced tea gets its characteristic and fresh flavor from natural hemp. However, it is free of the psychoactive tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and can therefore be safely enjoyed at any time of day. Independent laboratory analyses of various samples confirm this.
The product is now available inthe home online shop and soon in retail stores.
